The Employee Engagement Program Manager role supports Datadog’s engagement and charitable giving programs, with a focus on fostering strong connections among our employees and building impactful partnerships within our community globally. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating employee engagement efforts such as giving campaigns, volunteer programs, employee surveys, and other culture-building initiatives.
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running by driving existing programs, working autonomously, and bringing creative new ideas and improvements. They must be highly organized and adept at driving cross-functional projects through completion to achieve business goals. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Internal Communications.
