The Role:
You will lead our Data & Integration team located in Sweden and the US. This is a hands-on management role where you will not only guide and mentor the team but also actively contribute to data analysis projects. Your primary focus will be building and scaling the team, establishing best practices, and driving the delivery of impactful data solutions that empower the company to make data-driven decisions. The team empowers the company to make data-driven decisions by providing reliable, accessible data and tools that streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

This role also requires knowledge and experience from Data Governance and Data Management, an analytical mindset, excellent structuring skills, as well as communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive and pragmatic can-do attitude to be part of and help drive the data transformation.
