Business Systems Analyst, Product Operations
HubSpot’s mission is to Help Millions of Organizations Grow Better. This role contributes to that mission by developing and supporting the technology to make HubSpot's Products Grow Better. We enable our product teams to move quickly, smoothly and with the data they need to make decisions. We want our coworkers focused on the work that really matters: providing an exceptionally tailored product to customer needs.
Product Operations is a fast-growing, global team of data-driven influencers, setting the standard for how data and analytics is used at HubSpot, and inspiring product teams to action. We draw from multiple sources of data (user event data, NPS, transactional data, etc) to discover what is going well, where we can improve, and what to build next, partnering with Product Management, User Experience, and Engineering leadership to build better solutions for our customers.
The Business Systems Analyst within the Product Operations team will manage and maintain our Amplitude ecosystem to run our product development efforts across the company.
In this role, you will work on a team responsible for mission-critical data assets fueling the insights and development of our products. You will work with designers, product managers, engineers, and internal business partners to continuously improve our Amplitude ecosystem and the systems/processes that underpin them. We focus on high-impact, large, cross-functional initiatives. We have an ownership model so you will maintain what you build.
Our Business Systems Analysts need to have an eye for scale. They typically have previous success in implementing large products or systems and leading cross-functional teams. We look to the BSAs to partner with a variety of stakeholders, both technical and non technical, to understand pain points and areas of opportunity and thrive in an ever-evolving, dynamic landscape.
