In this rapidly growing fast paced environment, we are looking for a motivated, organized self-starter with an entrepreneur spirit, to join our team as our sr supply chain manager, at our Carrollton, TX location.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role within the Merch supply chain. We are looking for a passionate leader with proven experience in distribution, 3PL management, network modeling, and collaborating with global stakeholders. In this role, you will scale our distribution model to optimize for ship cost, delivery speed and customer experience. The right candidate is detail-oriented, builds strong relationships, and enjoys solving complex, ambiguous problems.
Key job responsibilities
- Owns ship cost, delivery speed and final mile metrics
- Owns topological planning for site expansion and network capacity
- Executes network distribution strategy
- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to continuously improve cost structure and customer experience of the supply chain
- Performs complex analysis to identify business opportunities to improve revenue and profitability
- Drives global standardization of network configuration, businesses processes, and reporting with product, finance, operations, and supply chain stakeholders
- Drives cross-functional projects to support new strategic initiatives and business opportunities for the organization.
- Establishes strong relationships with internal and external strategic providers
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
