RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The member of the End User Services team is responsible for handling requests to resolve incidents related to the technical equipment used within the contact centers.
  • Carry out implementation projects corresponding to new software and hardware technologies.
  • Prioritize the level of importance and urgency for the attention of incidents.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other teams and the business.
  • Excellent communication to lines of business regarding status and updates to action items as Requests / Incidents / Projects.
  • Proactive review of Incident trends to identify opportunities for improvements.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related, or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of related IT/functional experience
  • Good IT technical knowledge (Linux, Windows, MacOs)
  • Good customer service aptitude and people skills
  • Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities, including incoming transactions/telephone recording monitoring tools/utilities
  • Mobile Devices iOS
  • Exceptional Teamwork spirit
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (B1, B2)
  • Strong Resolution skills
  • Good knowledge of 5 out of the following:
    • MS Active Directory
    • ServiceNow
    • Five9 Admin/Supervisor or IP telephony systems
    • Network/VPN
    • VDI Technology
    • JAMF
