Market Maker GCC
Thoughtworks is a leading global product design and digital solutions consultancy and a community of passionate, purpose-led individuals. We think creatively to deliver technology solutions that address our clients toughest business and technology challenges, all while seeking to advance the IT industry and create positive social change in the world.
Role Overview:
As a Market Maker (Director), you are a senior growth catalyst, responsible for unlocking new revenue streams through large-scale deal origination, strategic logo acquisition, and entry into untapped industries or verticals. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role designed for a business builder, not just a business developer.
Youβll work independently but cross-functionally, leveraging our regional and global delivery, marketing, and domain expertise to shape opportunities that position Thoughtworks as a transformative partner for clients.
Job responsibilities
- Leverage Your Network: Activate your established client relationships to create new multi-million-dollar opportunities across our priority verticals.
- Originate & Win Strategic Deals: Independently shape and close $10M+ transformational deals that span consulting and Thoughtworks Offerings.
- New Logo Acquisition: Target and convert net-new enterprise clients that align with our strategic growth goals and vertical expansion plans.
- Market Expansion: Pioneer entry into new industries, service lines, or geographies through business development and strategic influence.
- Executive-Level Relationship Building: Build multi-threaded, trusted relationships across client organizations at CxO-level to position Thoughtworks as a trusted advisor and transformation partner.
- Strategic Deal Crafting: Collaborate with internal solutioning, delivery, legal, and pricing teams to construct compelling, profitable proposals.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the brand at industry events, panels, and in market-shaping conversations that generate leads and awareness.
- Pipeline Management: Own your pipeline from origination through deal closure, ensuring disciplined forecasting and reporting.
- Continuously Improve: Capture market feedback, influence our go-to-market strategy, and raise the bar on how we sell and serve.
