OUR WORK MODEL

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our location office 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.  

YOUR ROLE 

As a Provisioning Specialist, you will play a critical administrative-technical role, managing both external and internal accounts, maintaining our provisioning software, and resolving account-related challenges. Your efforts will ensure smooth operations and contribute to a seamless experience across the organization. 

YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES 

  • Manage and maintain the company's provisioning platform to ensure stable, secure, and efficient account lifecycle operations across teams.
  • Create and update user accounts with accurate access levels, directly supporting secure onboarding and internal collaboration.
  • Verify user identities to uphold company-wide compliance and security standards, minimizing risk from unauthorized access.
  • Support the sales team by provisioning trial accounts, enabling smooth demos and accelerating client acquisition.
  • Handle internal account setup across departments, helping streamline workflows and reduce operational friction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Monitor account activity and enforce compliance with usage policies, safeguarding company resources and data integrity.
  • Contribute to global coverage by working in a rotating shift schedule, ensuring continuous support across time zones.

  • Adapt quickly to new technologies and tools, ensuring smooth integration into dynamic and evolving systems.
  • Organize and multitask effectively in fast-paced environment, helping teams stay on track and meet critical deadlines.
  • Solve problems analytically, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize disruption and boost efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly with both internal teams and customers, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive self-starter who is intellectually curious, creative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Working knowledge of remote desktop applications and help desk software, e.g. Zendesk and familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Draw on prior experience (1+ years ) in a similar role (customer service, account management, technical support), ideally in a software as a service (SaaS) environment.
