We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our HRBP team and play a pivotal role in shaping HoneyBook’s culture and scaling our people strategy, Reporting to the Head of People in Tel Aviv. You’ll partner with senior leaders to drive high-impact, company-wide initiatives that empower teams, support growth, and bring our core values to life. Our culture is built on five core values that inform everything we do. We encourage collaboration, feedback, ownership, and have a growth mindset. At HoneyBook, putting People First isn’t just an HR philosophy- it’s a company-wide mindset that guides how we lead, build, and grow together. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven company where people and culture are at the heart of everything we do and to help shape the way we scale with intention, care, and impact.

Here are a few of the things you'll do

  • Be a strategic partner: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and translate them into impactful people strategies that foster team health, engagement, and performance.
  • Lead organizational change: Support teams through org design, change management, and cultural transformation—ensuring alignment, clarity, and smooth transitions.
  • Advise on employee relations: Be a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, guiding managers through complex people matters with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Drive core HR programs: Own and implement initiatives like performance management, compensation planning, recognition, and employee engagement programs that reinforce our values and business objectives.
  • Coach and develop others: Mentor and manage HR team members and empower leaders across the company, sharing best practices and elevating our approach to talent and culture.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor trends in the talent and HR space, using data-driven insights to refine our strategy and keep HoneyBook competitive.
  • Ensure compliance: Provide expertise on local labor laws and regulations, maintaining a strong foundation of legal and ethical HR practices.

Here is what we’re looking for in a candidate:

  • 8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a strategic HRBP or leadership role.
  • Proven people management experience, including direct leadership of HRBPs or other HR professional.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills—clear, confident, and empathetic, able to influence across all levels and work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
  • Proven coaching ability, helping leaders and employees grow through guidance and feedback.
  • High execution skills and program ownership—with a proven ability to design, build, and implement cross-organizational People initiatives. You know how to translate strategy into actionable plans, craft compelling presentations and communications, and drive seamless rollout and adoption across the company.
  • Strong employee advocacy mindset, with a reputation for creating psychologically safe spaces, championing employee needs, and building trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a flexible, can-do attitude—especially when partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • High adaptability and resilience—you thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
  • Labor law expertise relevant to the Israeli market, with a strong understanding of local employment regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices—enabling you to advise managers confidently and ensure our HR policies and processes are legally sound and up-to-date.
  • Data-driven mindset, using people analytics and organizational insights to shape strategy, identify trends, and continuously improve the employee experience and business impact.

Our core values:

People come first: We prioritize people as we explore opportunities and work through challenges.
Raise the bar: We push for greatness—for ourselves, each other, and our members.
Own it: Trust and ownership let us make decisions with confidence.
We love what we do: We bring passion to our work and love what we create for our members.
