THE JOURNEY

• Be responsible for implementing the programs and actions of Impact and Sustainability across SEE  of the company, in order to guarantee the achievement objectives at local level. 
• Be responsible for the coordination of Impact and Sustainability Ambassadors of the region.
• Oversee the implementation and scaling of EV initiatives in the region, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with third parties such as foundations, NGOs and other partner entities 
• Coordinate with the teams that work on a daily basis with riders and partners, to understand their needs, expectations and how to implement the envisaged plans.
• Coordination with Regional Impact and Sustainability
• Manage the strategy of the region to define roadmap and new projects implementation.
• Lead the preparation of reporting for each country.
• Find new opportunities for Glovo to engage with, map uncharted projects for an ambitious social agenda. 
• Project management, stakeholders management and excel skills
• Create a culture of impact. Propose and lead internal actions to promote sustainability in the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Be a professional in the careers of Social Communication, Sociology, Political Science, Business Administration or related, with preference in orientation or postgraduate studies in CSR and Sustainability.
• Have +3 years of experience developed in similar positions with experience in project implementation
• Having worked in areas of CSR and Sustainability of companies is recommended. Having a proper knowledge of not-for-profit organizations landscape is a plus.
• Native level English and Romanian is a must. One of the following languages is highly recommended/appreciated: Bulgarian, Serbo-Croat, or Slovenian.
