What you'll do: 

Our growing Product & Design organization is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to support and evolve our flagship trading platform and experience across mobile and web! This critical role will drive growth and engagement by launching innovative trading features that leverage our rich data and customer insights as the largest player in futures trading. You’ll help craft the product vision and strategy and oversee execution of the roadmap for web and mobile, working closely with stakeholders from across the org. The ideal candidate will identify and champion new opportunities to move the product forward using their experience and best practices to innovate, drive, and deliver impactful products and services that will differentiate our offering and delight our customers. 

In this role, you will: 

• Lead a team of designers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists in crafting a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core trading platform and experience across web and mobile
• Identify current and potential future customer/user needs and pain points through discovery processes, interviews, data analysis, and research
• Set and execute against a roadmap that delivers outstanding value to customers
• Deliver delightful and powerful consumer experiences through interaction with internal product, design, and research teams, constantly validating product ideas/requirements through experimentation
• Assess and understand the competitive landscape and business dynamics of the rapidly expanding futures trading market to best position our product for success
• Write PRDs, manage backlogs, prioritize features, test, QA
• Ensure products are delivered on time with an extremely high bar for quality of experience 

What you'll need: 

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building high-quality consumer products on mobile and web
• 3+ years of experience in a fintech product management role
• Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating needs and pain points into product value
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, taking complex or ambiguous topics and distilling them for business stakeholders and/or clients
• Experience working in a high-performing design-UX research-product-engineering environment, with the ability to teach/show best practices to colleagues
• Fosters a team focus on system ownership, product excellence, and timely execution
• Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision making
• Team player mentality
• Familiarity with and interest in trading products
