What you’ll do
Our Automotive & Industrials (A&I) team support OEMs, suppliers and businesses that sit across the A&I eco-system to address their most critical challenges.
The team use their combined knowledge of the sector to support clients with performance improvement, cost reduction, manufacturing optimisation, supply chain transformation, cash & working capital management and commercial growth.
This is an exciting time to join a team with direct exposure to a sector experiencing a high degree of change. From day one, you will be expected to provide CEO-level advice across a client base that includes OEMs, suppliers and investors.

What you’ll need
- Experience of working within Automotive, Industrials or Operations
- A critical thinker with the ability to challenge existing status-quo
- Specific delivery and/or project leadership experience in operational improvement including, but not limited to:
- Production and supply chain optimisation
- Direct and indirect procurement
- Manufacturing footprint optimisation
- Target operating model and organisational design
- Operational cost reduction
- Product strategy & growth
- Revenue and growth programmes
- Understanding of travel company systems
- Demonstrable track record in achieving implementation oriented, qualitative solutions in multiple workstreams.
- Deep understanding of business issues and the ability to communicate them effectively to team leaders and clients.
- Willingness to build professional and personal growth by working in high-impact situations under time-pressure.
- True passion for achieving ambitious results.
- Outstanding analytical skills along with strong financial literacy and modelling.
- Excellent relationship management with c-suite stakeholders while achieving results.
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice.
- Willingness to work outside of normal U.K. business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise.
- Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment.
Education Requirements
- Master’s degree and / or an MBA, and evidence of a strong academic record.
- A degree in Business, Finance or Engineering is preferable but not essential.
