We're looking for an Architect SRE to be part of our SRE Platform and Tooling team. Reporting to the Director, Software Engineering, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing scalable, secure, and resilient SRE platform and tooling solutions to enhance reliability and performance across cloud, on-prem, and private cloud environments
  • Deploying observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Kloudfuse, OpenSearch, Grafana, ServiceNow) to improve system visibility and reduce MTTD/MTTR
  • Leading automation efforts in self-healing, CI/CD, configuration, drift, and infrastructure to boost efficiency

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 14+ years in software development across Cloud-SRE, DevOps, and System Engineering, specializing in Infrastructure, Observability, Automation, and CI/CD
  • Expertise in AIOps, AI/ML for operational efficiency and scalability, and building large-scale distributed systems
  • Proficient in observability tools and skilled in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservices architectures
  • Proficient in programming and scripting with Java, Python, Go, or similar languages
  • Skilled in OpenStack for private cloud, Kafka, RabbitMQ, event-driven architectures, and ServiceNow Platform, including CMDB and ITSM solutions

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in regulated markets (FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO27001), Cyber Security and compliance-driven environments
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven operational intelligence and AIOps platforms
  • Contributions to open-source projects related to SRE and platform engineering
