We're looking for an experienced Senior Director Business Value Consulting to join in Singapore. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Value, you'll be responsible for:

• Building, scaling, and motivating the APJ Business Value Consulting team to drive innovative solutions and deliver impactful customer engagements
• Guiding leadership teams in evaluating and articulating the business value of Zscaler’s solutions, with a focus on cost reduction, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency
• Developing customized frameworks, methodologies, and financial models tailored to the specific needs of the APJ region
• Collaborating with APJ sales leaders, facilitating executive workshops, and contributing to high-priority sales engagements to highlight Zscaler’s strategic benefits
• Establishing a high-performing consulting team while working cross-functionally to refine and enhance Zscaler’s value messaging across sales, marketing, and product teams

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA preferred
• Over 10 years of experience in business value consulting, management consulting, or value engineering within SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud industries, with proven success in building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, ROI/TCO analyses, and engaging C-level executives to influence strategic decisions

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proficiency in developing scalable methodologies and crafting compelling business narratives tailored to APJ market dynamics
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional Asian languages a plus) and willingness to travel up to 40% across the APJ region
