US Execution Trader

Maven is seeking a New York based trader to execute for Global PMs, covering North America and LATAM trading hours.This is a full-time permanent role and remuneration comprises of an annual base salary plus a discretionary bonus.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Solid understanding of Equity event or Volatility strategies is required, while knowledge of vanilla Equities, Convertible Arbitrage, ECM and Index Arbitrage is preferable
• Management of relationships internally and with relevant third parties.
• Enhance the desks execution capabilities and internal systems
• Assist PMs in strategy development

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Must have at least 4 years of trading experience, preferably with a background in North America and LATAM.
• Experience trading options would be preferred;
• Good relationships across the street amongst events desks/brokers.

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000, plus a discretionary bonus.
