So, what’s the role all about?

As a Part time Technical Writer (50%), you will be part of a dynamic, ever-learning team, in a growing, challenging, and exciting environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for, and involved in the whole journey from end-to-end: feature discussions, starting from the  UI/UX microcopy, with the Product Managers, UX and development teams, working with the scrum teams using agile methodology, and creating and uploading documentation to a customer-facing site.

 

How will you make an impact?

- Collaborating with the UX team to produce/review microcopy and review logs that enhance the user experience.

- Collaborating with multiple scrum teams in an Agile environment, ensuring adherence to sprint and release milestones.

- Applying critical thinking to push boundaries and innovate within your role.

- Creating end-user guides that are clear, concise, and user-friendly while utilizing AI to enhance the quality and efficiency of documentation.

- Updating documentation based on internal and customer feedback.

- Integrating with the Documentation team while working independently with various stakeholders.

 

Have you got what it takes?

- Highly motivated, organized, and self-managed individual.

- Experience in UX microcopy and video creation.

- Current and proven experience in an agile software development environment.

- Experience in creating clear and structured guides for different audiences using single sourcing and conditions.

- 2-6 years of experience as a Technical Writer.

 

You will have an advantage if you also have:

- An ever-learning mindset.

- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for emerging technologies and new tools.

- Experience with Flare, GitHub, and Jira.
