We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. (Note: For EpiSci job openings, fully remote work will be considered by exception.)

About the role

We are looking for a working student to support our Workplace Operations team in Europe, optimizing the daily operations of our growing offices across Munich, Stockholm, and Stuttgart. This role is based in our modern Munich office and will closely work with our Head of Places in the United States, as well as our local leadership and recruitment team.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

  • Support day-to-day operations in our Munich office and assist with coordination across our other European offices
  • Help with office setup, organization, and maintenance tasks
  • Assist with vendor coordination and ordering office supplies or services
  • Help plan and execute team events, internal communications, and cultural initiatives
  • Participate in projects related to office moves, improvements, and onboarding setup
  • Learn about compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations
  • Track workplace data and help prepare updates for our global team
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Recruiting and IT teams to support employee onboarding and workplace tech

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach and passion for optimizing spaces
  • Excellent communication abilities in both English and German
  • A proactive mindset with willingness to engage in both strategic planning and hands-on implementation
  • Enthusiasm for workplace culture, events, and the human aspects of operations
  • The ability to thrive in dynamic environments and solve practical problems effectively

Nice to have:

  • Prior internship or working experience in operations, events or hospitality
  • Interest in the tech or automotive sectors
  • Familiarity with modern workplace tools like Notion or Slack
  • Additional language skills beyond English and German
