Job Description

On-site
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.

At AWS Cloud Logistics (ACL), we work together to #MoveTheCloud. Our team designs and delivers the technology that our logistics teams rely on every day. We’re innovators, communicators, and problem-solvers who lead, advocate, and influence.

Role Overview:
As a Customs Brokerage Program Manager at AWS, you will lead strategic initiatives to optimize our global customs operations and enhance our cross-border logistics capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of technology and international trade, requiring you to drive innovation in customs brokerage processes, data integration, and compliance management across multiple regions.

You will spearhead the development and implementation of advanced information systems, focusing on seamless integration with customs brokers worldwide. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the rollout of various data transmission solutions, from immediate fixes to long-term, scalable platforms. As the central point of contact for global brokerage teams, you will ensure consistency in operations, maintain compliance standards, and drive continuous improvement in our customs clearance processes.

This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on AWS's global supply chain efficiency, working with cutting-edge technology to streamline international trade operations. Your success in this role will be crucial in supporting AWS's rapid growth and maintaining our competitive edge in the cloud services market.
