Vonage UC/CC Resell Mission
To adapt and enhance Vonage’s UCaaS and CCaaS products for rebranding and resale by Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and Resellers to enable them to onboard new customers and drive cloud transformation through a comprehensive go-to-market solution to drive sales.
Position Overview:
The first Vonage UC/CC Resell customer is Bharti Airtel, a large Indian CSP, who have launched Airtel Business Connect, their branded version of VBC, Vonage’s UCaaS product.
To ensure success of this initiative a Program Manager is required to manage product delivery, onboarding, support, product updates & support, across multiple stakeholder teams within Vonage & Airtel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning: Management of the program roadmap, outlining how projects interconnect and contribute to overall goals. Establish resource needs, timelines, key milestones & co-ordination of development cycles.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and manage stakeholders across projects and the organization. Communication of program progress, risks, and achievements to stakeholders.
- Cross-Project Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among project managers to resolve dependencies, risks, and conflicts. Risk Management: To identify and assess risks that could impact the program's objectives and to develop mitigation plans and ensure risks are addressed at the project and program levels.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large, complex SaaS-based programs, preferably in CCaaS, UCaaS, or related industries.
- Proven track record of delivering SaaS solutions at scale, working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across engineering, product, BSS, and operations.
- Experience in operational aspects of a SaaS product - quoting, ordering, provisioning, billing, support systems.
- Technical Expertise:
- Knowledge of the CCaaS & UCaaS product landscape, including cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Knowledge of quote to cash flows and systems that are involved at each step.
- Comfortable navigating technical discussions and able to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience working with senior leadership to drive business goals and deliver on strategic initiatives.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal english communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience with CCaaS & UCaaS or telecommunication products.
- Experience in building and scaling cloud communications platforms.
- Knowledge of Jira Ticketing & Jira Align project management tools
