**Job Title: Technical Shift Lead - Multi-Cloud Platforms and Infrastructure**

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Shift Lead with hands-on expertise in Multi-Cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in infrastructure, along with the ability to effectively lead a team and mentor junior members.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Multi-Cloud Management:**
- Manage and optimize infrastructure across GCP and Azure.
- Design and implement cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of cloud environments.
- General DevOps: Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing DevOps practices to enhance the development and deployment lifecycle.
- SAML/OAuth: Proficient in implementing and managing SAML and OAuth protocols for secure authentication and authorization.
- Google Cloud IAM and Azure AD: Strong knowledge of respective services and its integration with cloud-based services.
- Google API & Services: Understanding of Google APIGEE, troubleshooting and support.
- GKE & AKE: Experience in monitoring and troubleshoot workloads in Kubernetes across GCP & Azure.
- Monitoring: Deploying and providing support to Application Performance Management tools (Dynatrace), as well as firefighting production problems that are performance related.
2. **Operations Handling:**
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the technical shift.
- Monitor system performance and ensure SLAs are met.
- Implement and improve operational procedures and workflows.
3. **Team Leadership and Mentorship:**
- Lead and mentor a team of L1 & L2 technicians.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance technical skills within the team.
4. **Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues.
- Work closely with other technical leads to ensure seamless integration and communication.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents.
**Qualifications:**
1. **Education and Certification:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in GCP, Azure
2. **Experience:**
- Minimum of [10] years of hands-on experience with GCP and Azure.
- Previous experience in a technical leadership role.
3. **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in cloud architecture and services (GCP, Azure).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
