As a Programmatic and User Data Integration Team Lead on the Global Support & Services team in our Tel Aviv Office, you’ll play a vital role in leading technical integrations with top-tier partners and scaling Taboola’s programmatic and user data capabilities. You’ll manage and mentor a growing team, own end-to-end integration processes, and serve as a key technical partner to stakeholders across Product, R&D, and Business teams. You’ll help shape the way partners adopt our platform and drive measurable impact from day one.
5+ years of experience in Software Development, Field Engineering, Technical Project Management, or 3rd Level Support
Experience managing complex integrations in an AdTech, B2B, or media/advertising tech environment
Solid technical skills, including SQL, client-server architecture, and debugging tools
Proven experience managing or mentoring technical team members
Full professional fluency in English, with excellent presentation and communication skills
Hands-on experience with programmatic technologies (e.g. RTB, VAST/VPAID)
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Jira, and network traffic monitoring
As a Programmatic and User Data Integration Team Lead, you’ll bring value by:
Leading and mentoring a team of Integration Managers (2-3), with a focus on growth and performance
Owning technical integration workflows end-to-end—from project scoping to deployment
Collaborating with Product and R&D to troubleshoot, escalate, and optimize partner integrations
Analyzing technical flows (RTB, VPAID, etc.) to uncover issues and uncover growth opportunities
Creating and presenting regular reporting (monthly reports, QBRs) to senior stakeholders
Streamlining internal processes and tools (e.g. Salesforce, Jira) for better team efficiency
