Senior Specialist Automation Engineer

So, what’s the role all about?

An Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated systems that improve efficiency, reduce human intervention, and enhance productivity across various industries, including software development, manufacturing, and IT operations.

How will you make an impact?

• Be part of a cross-functional, distributed Scrum team that develops and supports the product. You will be reporting into and working closely with Israel-based R&D teams.
• Develop API, automation, and integration tests for cloud scale products
• Run manual tests and build automation test suites for regression and new features, checking data in application and databases, automating deployment and data generation.
• Maintain and expand automated testing framework and tests.
• Be involved in new features development, provide input on the correct behavior of the system, following and executing on team-specified “done” criteria.
• Supporting with customer integration testing

Have you got what it takes?

• Degree in computer science or equivalent from a reputed institute
• Experience in IT as SDET, Automation engineer or QA
• 12+ experience in Automation testing using Playwright or Selenium with C#
• Experience in Web Services/REST API automation testing
• Hands on coding experience in any software development or scripting language
• Experienced with defect management and tracking tools, preferably JIRA
• Automation experience using languages like .Net and GO
• Automation experience using frameworks like Playwright and Selenium
• Hands on experience on tools like Visual Studio
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in Agile
• A team player

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Strong communication skills
• Experience with cloud service provider like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Engine, Azure or equivalent Cloud provider
