Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our HR Team. This key role will serve as the first point of contact for our core client groups, starting with our Technology (Engineering, IT/Corporate Infrastructure) and Product teams -- supporting their full-cycle People & Culture needs, including Employee Relations, Org Design, Team Culture, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, and Compensation. In addition, this position will partner on Talent Development and Performance Management programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who comes with a solid, well-rounded Global background in all things HR, with a desire to have even further impact and growth opportunities in a positive, dynamic culture.
