Amazon is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Europe Delivery Service Partner business. This is a unique opportunity to own Delivery Service Partner account management in Italy and to collaborate with various internal teams to create, innovate and transform our processes to launch new delivery programmes in Italy, creating opportunities for our Delivery Service Partners.
This role will require some travel (up to 20%).
Key job responsibilities
• End to end ownership of IT DSP2.0 recruitment and vetting
• Launch programmes in partnership with internal stakeholders and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables
• Develop a keen understanding of Last Mile Delivery methods, working with EU Acquisition Business Development Team to bring programs to Delivery Service Partners across EU
• Work with key stakeholders to understand programme needs, launch timelines and challenges to develop processes and deliver against the team roadmap for the launch of Delivery Programmes in EU
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: build collaborative, influential internal and external relationships with Product, Program, Field teams and other critical stakeholders to gather information, set action plans, and monitor stakeholder execution to improve the programme executions
• Communication: communications to key stakeholders on core deliverablesExperience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreementsExperience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
