About You:

  • At least 5 years of experience in privacy program management with a CIPP, CIPT, or CIPM certification.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Privacy: Love privacy-related work and view protecting privacy rights not as a compliance obligation but as the right thing to do. Knowledge or experience with privacy regulations and industry standards, such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and the ePrivacy Directive. Familiarity with DPAs, privacy and cookie notices, DPIAs, TIAs, and PIAs.
  • Privacy Operations Expertise:  Ability to drive greater consistency of process, practices and execution across company-wide privacy projects and work-streams. Experienced with privacy tooling (e.g. DataGrail, Relyance) with a proactive approach to adopting new technology.
  • Pragmatic and business-oriented: Strong project management skills. Understand business impact and prioritize projects accordingly, identifying risks and balancing the right privacy investments with the right bottom line outcomes.
  • Empathetic communication: Communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether explaining compliance requirements in writing or brainstorming in real time. Engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed to build consensus.
  • Team player: Enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals, focusing on learning, growing, and helping others to do the same.
  • Takes Initiative: Proven track record of taking initiative, having the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
