We are seeking a Support Engineer to contribute to the ongoing and future support and maintenance of our services. In this role, you will provide critical assistance to customers, addressing both technical and functional aspects of their needs. As part of the Support team, responsibilities will include conducting technical investigations, keeping clients informed, and reporting potential software issues to the Development teams. Additionally, need to play a pivotal role in service restoration during software or hardware failures, as well as in capacity planning and Business Continuity testing.
