We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Junior Cloud Services Advisor (BDR)  to join our team. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads. You will be potential customers' first point of contact, engaging with them through various channels and guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and online platforms to assess their interest and qualify opportunities based on defined criteria.

Pipeline Development

  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently generating new leads and nurturing existing ones.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to schedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified leads.
  • Effectively communicate Acronis' value proposition and key differentiators to potential customers.

Sales Enablement

  • Stay up-to-date on Acronis' products, services, and industry trends.
  • Utilize sales enablement tools and resources to effectively communicate with prospects and address their inquiries.
  • Participate in sales training and coaching sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with sales representatives and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and market trends.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with prospects and colleagues.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport and establishing trust with prospects, demonstrating active listening and empathy.

  • Sales Aptitude:  A passion for sales and a desire to achieve results, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.

  • Technical Acumen:  Basic understanding of IT and cybersecurity concepts, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.

  • Organizational Skills:  Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • CRM Experience:  Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for lead management and tracking.

Would be a plus

  • Experience in lead generation or inside sales.
  • Experience in lead generation in the UK, Ireland, Nordics and Benelux markets
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry.
