What is The Role

Join our Global Sourcing team as a Sr. Sourcing Analyst to support the Marketing and Travel spend categories. You will be responsible to negotiate complex vendor negotiations across a range of marketing services, including research and advisory firms, creative and brand agencies, Public Relations Firms and Search Engine Optimization partners, and Demand Generation Agencies—as well as supporting operational needs in global travel.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a marketing or agency background who is looking for a switch into sourcing, procurement and supply chain. We believe that a deep understanding of marketing can unlock better collaboration and more effective vendor partnerships and build exceptional relationships within the organization.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will lead contract reviews in close collaboration with Legal, Marketing, and Sourcing teams, ensuring agreements align with business needs and risk frameworks. You’ll partner with in-house counsel to navigate complex terms and secure appropriate approvals.

By working closely with marketing teams, you’ll gain a foundational understanding of their goals and ensure procurement strategies support them. You’ll align sourcing and contracting efforts with global category strategies and generate regular metrics on spend influence, savings, and vendor utilization. Leveraging data analysis, you will provide actionable procurement insights and recommendations. Additionally, you'll help manage preferred vendor lists and guide teams toward informed, strategic vendor selections.

Additionally, building relationships is at the heart of what we do, and we will want you to lead quarterly meetings with our critical vendors to ensure they are meeting the needs of the business.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in marketing operations, agency management, procurement, or vendor relationship roles.
  • Familiarity with marketing categories such as creative services, research, PR, digital marketing, and demand generation agencies.
  • Understanding of the travel sector including but not limited to, Online Travel Agencies (OTA’s) and TMC’s (Travel Management Companies) is a nice to have.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity and practical judgment with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, balance priorities, and build trust across a global organization.
  • Be a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude. Must be willing to work on one’s own initiative and must be focused on achieving goals. Additional Information:
  • Sophisticated contract management skills and the ability to understand and negotiate master service agreements, order forms, SOWs, and various other legal documentation.
  • Strong communication, relationship building, influencing, persuasion, negotiation, presentation, conflict resolution and business analysis skills.
  • This is a global position and will require some limited travel.
  • Work Hours: 1 PM – 10 PM IST (EMEA shift), with some flexibility to support global time zones.
  • Travel: Occasional international travel may be required.
