The Growth Ops Manager is a pivotal role that bridges strategic objectives with operational initiatives, driving measurable impact across the organization. This position is responsible for scaling internal processes, building efficient workflows, and ensuring that business systems align with the evolving needs of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The Role:
Ownership of Demand Generation Handoff Programs: Act as the primary owner for operationalizing the handoff of demand generation campaigns to Sales teams. Ensure seamless execution, engagement, and feedback loops between Marketing and Sales for top-of-funnel pipeline programs.
Sales Team Business Partner: Act as a key business partner from the BizOps org. to the Sales and XDR organization, delivering operational support through process design, resource/training creation (e.g., how to work certain lead types), and workflow optimization. Focus on enabling the Sales team to work efficiently and achieve their goals through hands-on collaboration and tailored solutions.
Campaign Operations Management: Oversee the tactical execution of Marketing-to-Sales workflows, including managing campaign data, lead routing, and performance reporting. Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations to troubleshoot and ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, or SQL) to track pipeline performance, identify gaps, and generate actionable insights. Build dashboards and reports to enable Sales and Marketing alignment and data transparency.
Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the operational liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Operations leadership. Drive alignment on key initiatives and ensure that tactical execution supports strategic business objectives.
