What will I be doing?

  • Creating configurations and customizations of Netsuite to meet business needs.
  • Perform hands-on coding work on projects as needed.
  • Develop and maintain workflows and processes in NetSuite to optimize the platform.
  • Integrate, support, and maintain third-party software connections to NetSuite.
  • To provide on-going systems and technical support for the Netsuite system which is already in place, set up and maintain the workflow, processes etc.
  • To ensure system stability and reliability through the implementation of best practices in Netsuite administration and customization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and implementation which aligns with Netsuite best practices and industry standards.
  • Guide Netsuite releases, updates, and enhancements, suggesting and implementing improvements aligned with Netsuite best practices.
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for all NetSuite-related inquiries and support needs

What skills do I need?

  • Strong NetSuite ERP Development experience.
  • Experience using NetSuite JavaScript API and Suite Cloud Platforms (Suite script, Suite commerce, Suite Talk, and Suite Flow).
  • Ability to do independent technical work.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience with NetSuite administration.
  • At least 2 years experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform required.
  • Candidates with NetSuite Administrator and Suite Foundation Certification will be given special consideration.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including task prioritization, ticket resolution, and on-time project completion. (Mandatory)
  • Expertise in
  • Experience with NetSuite Workflows, fields, saved searches, forms, roles/permissions, custom objects, reports and dashboards and the NetSuite Data Model.
  • Familiarity with financial standards like ASC606 in NetSuite.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript (JavaScript) for customization and scripting within NetSuite.
  • NetSuite Integration using Web Services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to create technical documents as well as interpret functional requirements.
