Job Description

As the Manager of Omnichannel Enablement at Klick Health, you will lead the design and implementation of omnichannel strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Your role will have you working across all organization disciplines,  collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across digital and traditional marketing channels to deliver a cohesive customer experience. Your role involves managing the day-to-day execution of omnichannel initiatives, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: 
Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement.

Project Management: 
In partnership with the Project management organization, oversee the execution of omnichannel initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Collaboration:
Work closely with external marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital and traditional marketing channels. Internally, you will work with all facets of the Klick organization, serving as the connective tissue to provide business solutions for our clients. 

Performance Optimization: 
In partnership with data strategy and analytics, monitor and analyze the performance of omnichannel campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Industry Knowledge: 
Stay informed on the latest industry technologies and trends, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance customer experiences.
