Ting Internet is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic in house creative team. This role will focus on producing a wide range of compelling visual assets that align with our brand identity and support our marketing objectives. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a critical role in maintaining brand consistency, developing design systems, and collaborating on creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and internal communications. We are looking for a conceptual thinker who excels at translating brand strategies into effective and impactful visual content. This is a remote role open to applicants based in Canada. This is a 6 month contract to start. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing Visual Assets: Create high-quality visual content for campaigns, social media, emails, banners, digital ads, and other promotional materials that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Develop Systems for Efficiency: Build and manage templates, tools, and asset libraries to streamline the creation of on-brand communication materials for non-designers across the organization.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and special promotions.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive branding across all external and internal communications, maintaining a unified visual identity that resonates with target audiences and embodies the Ting brand.
  • Adaptability: Design for a variety of platforms including web, mobile, email, social media, and presentations, ensuring all visuals are optimized for the specific medium.
  • Typography and Layout: Apply a strong foundation in typography, layout, and composition to produce visually appealing designs with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, marketers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of visual and written content.
  • Stay Updated: Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design to continually enhance the effectiveness of our marketing materials.
  • Accountability: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Proactively seek, receive, and implement feedback from key stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide design support for internal teams to fulfill company-branded content needs.
  • Champion Diversity: Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and innovation in all aspects of visual communication and brand development.
  • Front-End Design and Development: Develop and maintain landing pages and other marketing initiatives on Webflow and HubSpot, ensuring consistency with branding and overall design strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience is preferred, ideally in a fast-paced marketing or advertising environment. However, if you have less than 5 years of experience but believe you have the skills and creativity we’re looking for, we encourage you to apply!
  • Strong conceptual thinking and proven ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual content.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience with front-end design and development is preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in design and marketing.
  • Proficiency with Generative AI is a plus

​​The base annual salary range for this position is $71,500 $81,200. Range shown in $CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
