We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. This critical role will directly support our global teams in EMEA, APAC and NA regions, partnering with key stakeholders to address people-related challenges, resolve opportunities, and deliver a world-class employee experience. You will serve as a trusted advisor and expert in designing, implementing, and managing People initiatives while overseeing the daily operations of People programs and Facilities management. You will have one direct report in Facilities Management, and together, you will collaborate to ensure the successful oversight of EMEA and APAC facilities management operations.
As a key collaborator, you will work closely with business line leaders and employees, building scalable processes to support our growth. Youβll also play a vital role in shaping our global People strategy by aligning local operations with our US-based parent company, creating a cohesive and effective structure across all regions.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working as the sole HR employee in these regions supported by our US headquartered Company. This role is not limited to International only, and there will be projects and tasks assigned to support US operations, and/or the HR Organization and People Initiatives as a whole.
This role is required to be Hybrid in our London office a minimum of 2 days per week. This role will require infrequent travel.
