As a QA Analyst II, you will be part of a Berlin-based international team focused on improving the performance, features, and design of our core product for healthcare professionals. You will join the QA team (located in France), but be part of a Berlin team dedicated to enhancing the efficiency of a billing system for care teams. This product will soon be released in 2025 and is simplifying cumbersome and time-consuming workflows to allow practitioners spend more time with their patients and helping us become the go-to healthcare operating system.
In this role, we are looking for a QA Analyst who will be supporting our Financial domain to ship qualitative and compliant proof code for production.
What youβll do
As a Quality Assurance Analyst II, you will:
- Lead Test Planning: Define the scope, objectives, and approach for testing during the tech scoping of new features, identifying risks and necessary resources.
- Conduct Exploratory Testing: Lead exploratory testing sessions to uncover issues not covered by automated tests.
- Manage Bug Triage: Evaluate and prioritize bugs daily, ensuring timely resolution and proper assignment.
- Collaborate on Security Reviews: Work with security experts to review security and privacy aspects of the product.
- Monitor and Report Quality Metrics: Regularly track and report on quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain Test Suite Health: Ensure automated tests are stable, reliable, and efficient
Who you are

- You have at least 3+ years of experience in QA or a related field;
- You are proficient with testing tools and frameworks;
- You have experience with test planning and execution;
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- You are obsessed about quality and your priority is to ensure a bug-free experience for our users.
- You speak English fluently and are comfortable working in a german speaking environment
