To assist in delivering high quality software implementation support to Flintfox customers, the Associate Technical Consultant will work alongside senior team members to help deliver custom solutions, ensuring our software customizations align with agreed customer requirements. The jobholder will also support the investigation and remediation of issues raised by our clients, to help drive a positive customer experience.
