The Senior Event Content Marketing Manager sits within the Global Content & Creative Studio team that is part of the Amazon Ads brand marketing organization. Our team creates best-in-class creative and content experiences that educate and inspire advertisers to grow their brand with Amazon Ads. We operate at the intersection of digital and in-person experiences and are uniquely suited to be the voice of our diverse customer audience.
We are seeking an insight-driven, curious, and experienced B2B marketer to own the end-to-end creation and delivery of programming for Amazon Ads first-party and industry events. In this highly-cross functional role, you’ll work with stakeholders across Amazon to deeply understand our solutions and how they work together to solve customer challenges. You’ll apply that knowledge to propose, develop, and deliver thought leadership across our largest event stages. Candidates must possess exceptional verbal and written communications skills and be comfortable managing projects with multiple teams across the globe in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in gaining executive alignment, communicating internally with stakeholders and externally (to customers), and collaborating cross-team is a must.
Key job responsibilities
-Drive the creation and delivery of compelling content in alignment with business goals, brand and product messages, and other priorities.
-Clearly communicate strategies to internal partners, including Amazon Advertising leadership, to gain alignment on messaging.
-Identify content needs and manage content development for global events end-to-end, from event development to post-event reporting.
-Work directly with content owners to identify deliverables and deadlines, communicate expectations, and ensure results.
-Collaborate with product development teams, designers, and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of internal stakeholders and external audiences.
-Understand the brand and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.

-Experience working and presenting to senior executives.
- Bachelor's degree- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61.11/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $101.11/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
