Engineering at Brex
The Engineering team includes Data, IT, Security, and Software, and is responsible for building innovative products and infrastructure for Brex and our customers. We believe that engineers should accelerate the business through technology, and collaborate across multiple teams to accomplish that. What you’ll do
As the engineering manager of Product Data Platform, you will lead a full stack team of engineers that supports a large amount of Brex’s client facing product and internal systems.The team's goal is to make Brex customizable, scalable, and effortless for finance teams to manage. To achieve this we are looking for a highly technical leader, with a deep understanding of how to speak with internal and external clients, and drive changes to the Brex product as a whole. You will be part of the larger Product Platform organization, and play a key role in shaping Brex’s engineering future as we strive for a high quality, high performance experience.
Where you’ll work
This role will be based in our Sao Paulo office. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday, starting the week of September 1st, 2025. when we open our Sao Paulo office. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.
