Data is critical to that mission and we are seeking a Director of Data to transform and scale our data organization. The Director of Data is responsible for leading and scaling our data team across data engineering, analytics engineering, and data science. This technical leadership role reports to the CTO and partners closely with our Data Strategy Manager to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation. The focus is on building robust data systems, developing engineering talent, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in the realm of data, proven experience leading technical teams, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
