Taboola is looking for a data-driven and results oriented Team Lead to build strong relationships with our Enterprise Advertising clients.  The Team Lead owns the client-facing relationship post-sale with some of our key clients, and ensures superior client service through premium campaign management, relationship development, account retention, and upsell activities.  In addition to regular and proactive client communication, the Team Lead oversees a small team of Account Managers, ensuring internal best practices, reporting, insights, and driving client results.

What skills and qualifications do I need? 

For this role, it is essential that you have: 

  • BA/BS degree with strong academic record
  • 5+ years in digital media or account management
  • Experience mentoring Associate Account Managers and/or Account Managers
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Process oriented with a strict attention to detail
  • Self-motivated to dig in to learn about products, technology, customers, and competitors
  • Strong knowledge of brand verification partners, Salesforce, and Ad Servers
  • Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills in a consultative, client-facing environment
  • Proficiency in G-Suite a plus

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis? 

  • Cultivating relationships with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and drive revenue growth
  • Manage the campaign launch process from start to finish, inclusive of client kick off call, strategy recommendation, asset collection, optimization and delivery of performance reporting
  • Work as liaison between client and internal partners to coordinate campaign updates, upsell opportunities, and troubleshoot delivery and performance issues
  • Mentors 1-3 Account Managers, with oversight on campaign set-up, reporting, and media strategy for Enterprise Brand and Agency accounts
  • Owns and optimizes onboarding for all new Regional employees while mapping out 30/60/90 plans to ensure success.
  • Deep understanding of Taboola’s entire product offering and best practices for campaign effectiveness and cross-selling
  • Proactively using data, trends, market insights, and logic to develop tailored campaign recommendations and opportunities for continued success.
  • Tasked with supporting regional growth goal QoQ and being primary point of contact for the customer on day-to-day account needs
  • Utilize Salesforce and internal Taboola systems to ensure all campaign information is updated and accurate
  • Performs work directly under the supervision of the Regional Director of Sales & Account Management; assists Regional Director with initiatives and developing best practices as needed
