Our Supply Team is growing and we want you to be part of it! The Supply team is responsible for recruiting, vetting, and maintaining high quality hosts in the right locations, for the right seasons and moments, at the right price. They identify high quality supply for new and existing business, while also maintaining our high quality standards of all active supply.
The Difference You Will Make:
This role requires candidates to be based in San Francisco, Seattle, Washington, D.C., or New York. This role is not eligible for relocation support.
As the Supply Licensing Operations Lead you will lead the strategy, program development, and execution of licensing operations focused on hosts who offer experiences and other services. This highly cross functional role will work across Product, Design, Engineering, Legal, Policy, and Supply teams to ensure timely and accurate license and credential collection and verification as required.
You will be responsible for driving the delivery of centrally run strategic programs, as well as defining and executing localized strategies that play a key role in accelerating Airbnb's growth and retention efforts. You should be comfortable with a variety of operational programs and processes, familiar with navigating complex regulatory environments, a keen eye for quality/detail, and an approach that inspires the teams and individuals you work with to exceed expectations.
