Job Description

Brief summary of role:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Manager, Sales, ENT/MM to lead and oversee our enterprise sales efforts at OpenSpace. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SaaS sales, enterprise account management, and team development. The Manager, Sales, ENT/MM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

What you will be doing:

Leadership and Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of enterprise sales representatives to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to drive individual and team success.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivational team environment that emphasizes accountability and results.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Set clear performance goals, KPIs, and sales targets for the team.
  • Identify and prioritize key verticals and target markets for enterprise-level opportunities.

Account Management and Growth

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at enterprise organizations.
  • Oversee key account management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Lead negotiations and manage complex sales cycles, including RFPs, pricing discussions, and contract agreements.

Collaboration and Alignment

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide market feedback to the product team to influence roadmap decisions and enhance offerings.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances.

Reporting and Forecasting

  • Analyze sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate forecasts, track progress, and ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies proactively.

What we are looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Experience demonstrating software and comfortability selling to all C-Level executives
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles and enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team to excel in a high-pressure environment
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS sales processes, subscription models, and enterprise technology solutions
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate technical product solutions to diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools (Zoom Info, Outreach, etc)
  • This role requires the ability to travel.
