Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with people management.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Ability to own sales team operations in Germany including portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, and execution.
- Ability to model and coach sales behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
- Passion for selling with a drive to innovate.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Manage a team of Account Executives, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Googleβs values. Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders.
- Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
