Job Description

Every day, the world gets more digital thanks to tens of millions of developers building the future faster than ever. But with exponential growth comes exponential risk, as outnumbered security teams struggle to secure mountains of code. This is where Snyk (pronounced “sneak”) comes in. Snyk is a developer security platform that makes it easy for development teams to find, prioritize, and fix security vulnerabilities in code, dependencies, containers, and cloud infrastructure — and do it all right from the start. Snyk is on a mission to make the world a more secure place by empowering developers to develop fast and stay secure.

Joining Snyk means embracing our core values: One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment where fostering collaboration, leading with empathy, driving business impact, and inspiring trust are at the heart of everything we do.

Our Opportunity

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Senior Go-To-Market Administrator to join Snyk’s Go-To-Market Engineering team. This individual will deliver and support solutions using Salesforce.com and related integrated technologies.

A solid foundation in a breadth of Sales, Customer Success, Order to Cash and Marketing business processes is essential for this role.  Also as a core member of the delivery team, we are searching for a flexible person who learns quickly, has previous experience supporting a global Sales and Marketing organization on a variety of applications, including Salesforce, CPQ and various Sales tooling.

You will partner with the business to create and deliver scalable solutions and automate core business processes across all areas in Salesforce. You bridge the gap between our end-user support and needs and our larger, more strategic deliverables, using your empathy for our end users to help inform projects and solutions that can meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

End User Support: You will act as an escalation path for the more complex support requests that require a deep understanding of both Salesforce functionality and Snyk processes. You will be responsible for resolving support inquiries in a concise and timely manner. Great communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders will be vital for this role.
Data Integrity: You will work with other Go-To-Market Administrators to monitor and resolve data issues within Salesforce and other Go-To-Market Platforms. As a senior team member you will be responsible for identifying and setting up monitoring for new/potential data integrity issues. Data Integrity is vital for accurate pipeline management, reporting, and overall trust in these systems.
Permissions & Security: You will be responsible for maintaining proper permissions and security controls within Salesforce. This includes, but is not limited to, the assignment of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets/Groups, and support of our Single Sign-on and Security Controls.
Configuration & Automation: You will work closely with Business Solution Consultants to implement new features using config functionality including, but not limited to, Fields, Lightning Record Pages, Flows, Einstein, and Approval Processes. You will work as part of an agile development team and assist with the design, prioritization, development, and deployment of new functionality.

  • Solution & Design: You will work closely with stakeholders and Business Solution Consultants to understand requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable technical solutions.

  • System Integration: You will assist with the implementation and support of integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems used in our sales and marketing processes. This includes integrations managed by installed packages in Salesforce as well as home-grown integrations built using tools like Mulesoft, Workato, and other integration platforms.

  • Compliance Audits: You will assist with quarterly compliance audits to ensure we are meeting the defined financial and information security controls for Salesforce and other systems.

  • Technical Documentation: You will create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to CRM architecture, design decisions, and support procedures.

  • Mentorship and Skill Development: Mentor admins in mastering the intricacies of the CRM technical stack. The individual will play a pivotal role in mentoring engineers at various stages of their careers, nurturing their skill development and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • An advanced level of proficiency with the Salesforce platform, including configuration, security and permissions, and data management.
  • Solid experience and understanding of best practices for Lightning UX
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • The ability to build strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders that have diverse interests, and a desire to help, advise, and solve challenges
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to acquire new knowledge and skills
  • Ability to ensure internal stakeholder needs/expectations are met and promoting transparency through effective communications
  • Passion for documentation, testing, the release process, and enablement
  • Proven ability to lead and implement large/complex projects
  • Proven ability to collaborate with different roles within the team and organization

We’d be Lucky if You:
