Job Summary:

The Talent Operations Data Analyst will be a key analytical resource within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, focused on optimizing processes and systems. The ideal candidate will leverage their strong business acumen and technical skills to deliver insights, streamline operations, and support the needs of the People & Places team. Working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, they will translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

Work Mode:

Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards to generate insights for Talent Acquisition and the broader People team.
  
  
• Write highly optimized SQL queries to leverage in reporting.
  
  
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in processes and data quality, and proactively recommend improvements.
  
  
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on data infrastructure, metrics, and processes for internal and external stakeholders.
  
  
• Guide stakeholders in navigating and interpreting data visualizations to enable a self-service reporting model.
  
  
• Address ad-hoc data and reporting requests from various functions across the People & Places team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  
  
• 2-3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Science.
  
  
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Sigma).
  
  
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
  
  
• Skilled in analyzing complex data sets from multiple sources to extract actionable insights.
  
  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  
  
• Excellent project and change management skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Previous experience with Greenhouse and/or Workday data.
  
  
• Minimum educational qualification: Any Undergraduate (UG) degree.
