Account Executive, Digital Natives

Responsibilities:

  • Source, develop, and close new business opportunities to consistently exceed quarterly sales goals.
  • Build a deep understanding of the company’s products, value proposition, and the competitive landscape.
  • Proactively engage target prospects and evangelize the solution set and customer success stories to Development and IT teams.
  • Deliver compelling presentations leveraging industry knowledge, market trends, and customer case studies to clearly articulate the value proposition.
  • Qualify, document, and manage all prospects using Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Develop and execute a strategic approach to territory planning and management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to the overall sales strategy and share success stories.
  • Attend regional events, meetups, and drive engagement initiatives with prospects and customers.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Consistently deliver renewals bookings exceeding quota.
  • Negotiate complex renewal contracts and increase customer retention with regular tactical meetings and strategic quarterly business reviews.
  • Educate customers on the entire product and services portfolio while building and maintaining successful relationships with key contacts.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to address customer issues and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and actionable insights to Sales Leadership, Field Sales, Product Management, and Marketing.
  • Manage multiple accounts and projects effectively while maintaining accurate forecasts and opportunity management within Salesforce.com.

Experience & Qualifications: Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years in a quota-carrying field sales role, preferably with a database or enterprise solutions provider.
  • Proven experience in closing complex business transactions with multiple approval levels.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills In both Hebrew and English, with experience interacting with both business and procurement teams within large organizations.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales revenue goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in solution selling or consultative selling methodologies.
    Familiarity with sales methodologies CoM (Command of the Message), MEDDPICC
  • Strong experience interfacing and negotiating business terms with senior management and C-level executives in both Development and IT organizations.
  • Solid understanding of database fundamentals and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and presentation/proposal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and accounts effectively.

Preferred:

  • Regional experience and familiarity with the Israel market.
  • Salesforce.com experience or equivalent systems experience.
  • Passionate about people, customer success, technology adoption, and driving results in a high-growth environment.
