As a Circonus Solutions Engineer, youβll drive customer satisfaction and revenue by advising our customers and prospects on the value of Circonus' technology. Your responsibilities will revolve around supporting the pre and post sales process. This includes development and presentation of product demos, leading technically-oriented conversations with prospects, creation of written technical materials, and implementation of solutions on behalf of customers.
A successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate across multiple stakeholders, shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of the sales process. Candidates should be comfortable building lab environments and scripting integrations ofter required for a successful engagement.
