Position DetailsPosition Title: Business Affairs PartnerTeam: Production, as part of the Creative departmentReports to: Executive Producer
Role Description and ExpectationsAs the Business Affairs Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing all talent and legal components of projects completed by the Production team. You will act as both a talent affairs manager and rights and licensing expert, supporting Producers and Creatives with securing the right talent and assets that are needed to create exceptional work. You are the person who keeps legal, compliance, and rights-ownership in check. You are a problem solver, creative partner and proactive negotiator. You are curious, tenacious and the perfect blend of a rule-follower and pioneer. In this role you will also be the key point of contact for Klick’s legal and finance teams, and will work closely with the Executive Producer and Supervising Producer to ensure all projects are appropriately contracted, licensed and paid.
