As Director, Compensation and a key leader within the Total Rewards team, you will play an integral part in the design, management, and execution of the compensation and equity plans to Dataiku’s employees worldwide. You will lead and set strategic vision for our compensation and equity plans. In this role, you will provide direct support to and partner with key stakeholders within the business and within in our Finance, Legal and People teams. You will help to deliver a best in class Total Rewards program to our employees, help our employees understand the value of their total compensation so that they can focus on what is important - their work and impact to the company. The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.
