Job Description

VGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play games. 

Due to major growth we are expanding our Growth team in Toronto and are currently looking for a Manager, Key Account Management Team to join the team. You will report directly to the Vice President of Account Management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a dynamic team of 18 Account Managers, Executives and Team Leads, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Continually examining the value proposition offered to high-value customers by our competitors, ensuring we stay ahead of the game, leveraging experiences and bonuses to retain and grow player spend with Luckyland Slots.
  • Define a strategy that drives retention, growth and reactivation activities, while defending the business against bad actors.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team and  the Customer Operations Manager to optimise performance of the Account Management Team.
  • Collaborate with Growth Insights & VP of AM to develop clear objectives and hold the team accountable to established KPIs to monitor and report monthly on performance metrics for the account management function.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct people management & leadership experience, ideally managing a large team. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing other people managers/leaders.
  • Several years experience within a VIP Hosting or Account Management team, or in a consumer-facing organisation that demands the very best customer experience for the most demanding clients.
  • Experience in the gaming industry is considered an asset.
