Solution Engineering Analyst
Location: Seville, Spain

Appian’s Solution Engineering team is growing! This role demands someone with comfort in both business process and customer service. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning and thrives at creating and executing business processes that enhance customer experience.
About you:
You are a people-person with a passion for customer experience.
You build collaborative and constructive working relationships with many people, across many functions.
You are vocal and solution-oriented when you identify business processes that do not align with great customer experience.
You have a high level of attention to detail, strong organization skills and technical aptitude.
You have an associate or bachelor’s degree (STEM is a plus). You are a fast learner who can work independently.
You are a multi-tasker, able to effectively juggle and prioritize work across a wide variety of tasks.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
How you’ll contribute:
Manage delivery of software and the onboarding experience for new Appian customers and partners.
Configure application sites for new Appian Cloud customers based on provisioning parameters in their contracts.
Assist customers and partners with accessing secure Appian Community features.
Coordinate with Appian’s management team and customers to schedule maintenance activities on customers’ Appian Cloud instances.
Manage scheduling for 24x7 on-call rotations
Work an adjusted schedule, possibly until midnight or later, on the last days of each quarter to support delivery of software.
