Toast is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love. We’re looking for a curious growth marketer with a passion for inbound funnel management. This role is part of a high performing demand and growth team and is responsible for conversion through the funnel for three international markets. Our ideal candidate will have no problem rolling up their sleeves and working directly with various stakeholders to understand what is needed to drive inbound growth internationally as well as creating relevant programs to convert demand through all stages of the prospect journey.

About this roll (Responsibilities):

  • Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute demand generation strategies targeted at prospects 
  • Identify key, measurable metrics (conversion, growth %, engagement KPIs, etc.) for each program (lifecycle, partners, TOFU) encompassing a growth hacker mindset - with the ability to test and scale quickly 
  • Work with Data and PMM teams to deeply understand the audience to inform the strategy, rollout decisions, optimisations, and measurement
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing Operations, Marketing Channel owners, Demand Gen and International Sales to develop and execute campaigns for different prospect audiences
  • Full-Funnel Campaign Execution: Design and implement marketing campaigns that address the customer journey from awareness through to booking
  • Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and revenue

Do you have the right ingredients? (Requirements):

  • 5-7 years of experience with growth marketing tactics to increase conversion
  • Comfortable with managing organic TOFU campaigns while owning funnel conversion metrics 
  • Proven ability to process and synthesize data with a strong analytical approach to campaign performance and optimizations.
  • Intellectually curious, with a scrappy “can-do” attitude with ability to organise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills without a fear of over communication. This role requires effective collaboration and cross-functional coordination across internal contributors. 

Special sauce (non-essential skills, nice to have):

  • Experience with integrated CRM (Salesforce)
  • Experience in Marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, etc)
